We’re looking for a dynamic Project Controls Specialist to play a critical role in our project management team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Project Managers to ensure the smooth execution of our projects. You'll be responsible for generating insightful reports, assisting in project control activities, managing data requests, and developing and maintaining project schedules along with detailed cost tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to provide weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates.
- Assist in delivering precise project forecasts and reviewing expenditures.
- Utilize your advanced MS Excel skills to drive efficiency.
- Leverage your experience with Primavera P6 and SAP Work and Asset Management to enhance project outcomes.
- Preferred: Familiarity with data analytics reporting tools.
