The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and intermittently improving our current network configuration and infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance. You will also provide troubleshooting and configuration support by using your strong technical skills in Linux and Windows environments and IP networking.
Role: Senior Network Engineer
Location : Columbus, OH
Primary Skills :- Routing, Switching, WLC, Infoblox
Secondary skills :- Nexus, ACI, Netbrain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Escalation support for L2 and L3 Team.
· Actively engaging himself in P1 P2 tickets
· Must have hand on experience on Routers, Switches, WLC
· Should have knowledge on Infoblox (Creating different types of records, DHCP related issues).
· Responsible for managing configuration changes based on user request and to resolve assigned tickets or alerts on all network devices.
· Must understand ITIL process and work on creating different types of changes.
· Addressing network issues and routing switching and Wireless Lan controller
· Responsible for identifying and resolving network problems like application performance issues due to network problem routing switching issues, Configuration issues, Hardware issues, OS issues.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$100000/Year] to [$110000/Year].
