Key Responsibilities:
- Be a troubleshooting superstar for computer hardware, software, and networks.

Education/Experience:
- Technical certifications (Microsoft or others) are a big plus.
- Proven experience in a Microsoft Server environment.
- Familiarity with MS Exchange, MS SQL server, and MS Internet Information Server.
- A+ Certification or at least 1 year of experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
