Job title: Treasury Operations specialist
Location: 100% ONSITE 8-5 M-F MUST SIT in/near Chicago, IL.
Type: Contract
Contract length: 6+ months, could extend up to 18 month total tenure and WILL BE contract to hire if they perform (conversion to FTE could be any point after 3 months, usually happens past 6 months)
Interview process: 1 round panel
Citizenship: USC/GC candidates only (no c2c or c2h for w2 purposes)
Screenings: Background once hired
Pay: $28/hour-no flex
Start date: 3-4 weeks from offer (start date around min/early August)
+: weekly pay, benefits, banking holidays off
Required Skills:
- Client focused with the ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident manner.
- Financial/loan background is a huge plus
- Experience with data entry
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate.
- Previous Client Service experience.

Role Overview - First point of contact for clients submitting implementation requests via email channel for high revenue clients. Handles end-to-end processing for less complex implementation while engaging other business partners as needed. May work with internal business partners to ensure the successful implementation of services.
Key Responsibilities - Manage dedicated email inbox, prioritize, client requests, case and implement eligible items; Create a case/package for tracking, monitoring and E2E resolution as applicable; Receive and respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners; Conduct limited research and respond to client and be able answer questions and inquiries; Utilize the various bank systems to support clients requests.
