Overview:
DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Interface Coordinator with expertise in Civil, Structural, or Architectural disciplines to join our client's SRPPF project. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating various interfaces across construction phases, ensuring seamless integration and communication between different project components.
Responsibilities:
- Define Interfaces: Identify and define interaction points between civil, structural, and architectural components of the project.
- Coordination and Communication: Facilitate clear communication and coordination between civil, structural, and architectural teams. Conduct regular meetings and maintain detailed documentation.
- Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve conflicts arising from overlaps or misalignments between different scopes of the project.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of interface management, including interface agreements and status updates.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks related to interfaces to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE): Ensure HSE considerations are integrated throughout the project phases.
- Interface Management Excellence: Develop and execute interface management strategies, maintain interface records, and lead meetings to ensure alignment and information sharing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with project teams, clients, and external stakeholders to address and integrate interface management procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years in a project role with a focus on civil, structural, or architectural interface management.
- Bachelors' Degree in the relevant engineering area is preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success as a Project Manager on large-scale engineering or construction projects.
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended.

- Basic proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Strong standards for quality, timeliness, and project success.

- Ability to travel with mobility greater than 25% is required.
