In this role, you will play a crucial part in evaluating and managing requests related to applications, technology, and vendor solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the organization's efficiency and drive modernization efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Integration: Architect comprehensive solutions that seamlessly integrate various healthcare systems, applications, and data sources, enhancing both operational efficiency and patient care.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand business needs and translate them into robust digital solutions.
- Architectural Planning: Develop detailed architectural designs, specifications, and implementation strategies for digital solutions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Healthcare Experience: Proven experience working within a hospital or healthcare environment, with a solid understanding of key standards and systems such as HL7, Epic, and others.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare functions, including informatics, clinical processes, revenue cycles, and more.
- Architectural Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Enterprise or Solutions Architecture role, with a strong foundation in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- Technical Background: Previous hands-on engineering experience, with the ability to understand and contribute to the support, development, and implementation of solutions.
- Agility and Adaptability: A flexible individual comfortable working in an Agile environment, able to thrive without rigid processes.
- IT Proficiency: Broad expertise across IT disciplines, including Systems, Networking, Security, and Applications, with ServiceNow experience being advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
