• Onboarding new hires (from interview stage)
• Interview scheduling, bgc monitoring, I9 verifications, offer letter creation
• Will coordinate hiring managers and S.M.E’s into three tier interview format (must have high prioritization)
• Work with candidates on interview availability
• Workday is primary tool being used on the team
• During low volume times, this person will support other items
• Tools: Workday, Willis Towers Watson, Phenom (scheduling tool)
