What You'll Do:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

What You'll Need:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a design team and mentoring junior engineers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
- Certifications: EIT certification required. PE license or the ability to obtain it within two years of hire/promotion.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams, as well as strong communication and decision-making skills.
