MES Functional Analyst
New Iron is looking for a skilled individual to join our dynamic team as an MES Functional Analyst.
This is an on-site contract position located in Santa Clara, CA.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in MES modeling including object creation and route development and MES functional administration.
Collaborate with us to design, implement, and refine MES solutions that empower our clients to optimize operations and expand their business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance MES models and business flows to support on-site manufacturing
- Gather requirements, contribute to project timelines, design specifications, system flow diagrams, and ongoing support.
- Provide daily support for MES, including troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Perform some software analysis, troubleshooting shooting and debugging as necessary.
Should Have:
- 5+ years of experience with MES systems.
- Experience in MES configuration, model development, and support.
- Proficiency with databases (SQL, Oracle) and scripting languages (Python, Java, etc.).
- Understanding of network architecture and troubleshooting in manufacturing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and execute user stories.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with MES solutions and/or in the semiconductor industry.
- Proven track record in launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams, with a strong proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding Agile principles.
- Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including various mechanisms such as dashboards, APIs, and real-time alerts.
