Salary: $100,000 + 40% commission
FIFTEEN WEST is currently partnering with one of the world’s leading search firms specializing in the Finance & Accounting markets. They have organically grown on a global scale and are looking for a Principal Consultant to join the established and growing team in New York City!
Established in 2002, they currently have over 100 staff operating from the UK, Europe, U.S and Asia Pacific providing a full range of executive search, permanent and interim solutions.

What you need:
- 5+ years experience within Finance recruitment
- Experience in Business Development and a solid track record of billings
