Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of welding processes and systems.
- Support a variety of welding techniques, including MiG, TiG, spot, and flash welding.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with vendors, sales, and project managers to meet customer needs and drive business success.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Degree in Engineering: A four-year degree in an engineering discipline is required.
- Robotic Welding Expertise: Minimum of 2 years' experience with robotic MiG welding in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong Metal Knowledge: Experience with tube/tubular manufacturing and steel.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and solve manufacturing problems effectively.
