Responsibilities
1. Lead the programming model design for DSA.
2. Drive the frond-end compiler support, backend code generation and optimizations for DSA.
3. Lead the design the graph and operator compiler for AI workload.
4. Build system-level performance analysis and optimizations.
5. Participate in defining the future generations of accelerators.
Requirements
1. MS/PhD degree with 3+ years of experience in compiler implementation and optimizations.
2. Solid understanding of computer architecture and strong experience in hardware-software co-design.
3. Extensive hands-on experiences in LLVM/MLIR/TVM compiler infrastructure.
4. Excellent communication skills and willing to work with multi-region teams.
Preferred qualifications
1. Good knowledge of domain specific languages, especially for heterogenous programming.
2. Deep understanding of AI frameworks and models, especially LLMs.
3. Knowledge of RISC-V architecture and vector extensions.
4. Proven track record of open-source project design and development.
