Specialist, Labor Compliance

Responsibilities:
- Gather daily site and work hours updates from Technicians and vendors on PWA (Prevailing Wage) projects.
- Confirm weekly records are accurate for internal and external technicians.
- Submit weekly records for each project to the appropriate labor agency.
- Analyze information for compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with different departments and various levels within those departments.
- Liaise between vendors and technicians to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Prepare and present operational efficiency reports as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Adhere to security protocols and training, maintaining alignment with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company mission, values, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Ability to understand IRS acronyms.
- Basic knowledge of reading and understanding MSA and SLA contract details.
- Working knowledge of PWA (Prevailing Wage).
- Understanding of labor classifications from the Department of Labor.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a detail-oriented and proactive approach to issue resolution.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Airtable experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Location and Status:
- Full time, Hybrid position in the Houston area

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $70,000 - $105,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
