Team:
7 people team
Entire team works closely and the entire communication is through Google chat.
Collaboration in real time, work together on implementation and troubleshooting
They have daily standup regarding open issues.
There are 2 supervisors available in the team.
They have library of written documents(SOP) to follow procedures.
Day to Day:
Will be Working within the merchant operations team
Adding new merchants to getaway, to follow up with merchants, minor troubleshooting after merchant is online.
They use variety of systems, internal software, G-Suite and Salesforce
This is a customer service role - all the communication is done through email
Qualifications:
Min 5-7 years of experience is needed
Need college degree to match the experience
Experience dealing with credit card merchant processing is great to have
Must have excellent grammar and written skills
Related industry experience is a plus
Experience with G-Suite and Salesforce(Preferred).
