Our Senior OnBase Systems Administrator, you be working in a team that function as application owners that support COTS (Commercial Off The Shelf) solutions end to end. This will involve assisting or leading installations/upgrades, researching security resolutions, and resolving customer incident reports, investigating proactive solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience.
- 3 or more years of related work experience as an OnBase administrator or similar position.
As a Senior OnBase Business Analyst, you will work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders across the enterprise in gathering business requirements and translating them into the proper analytical solution for a team of analysts and data scientists. You will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision making and a higher level of data acumen for organization.

- Experience working closely with highly functional Agile Scrum teams.
- Hyland OnBase software lifecycle.
- Software application support.
- Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) and Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) certifications desired.
Our Senior OnBase Developer works closely with business partners and IT management to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, rework of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
