TITLE: HRIS Developer
LOCATION: ON-SITE (West Jordan, UT)
PAY: Target pay for this role is between $100k and $115k per year based on experience
ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Direct Hire
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- This is a mid-level HRIS Developer
- Maintain, upgrade, build, and enhance the HRIS, currently UKG UltiPro.
- Oversee and directly participate in the implementation of a new Workforce Management solution.
- Lead RFPs, exploration, and implementation of all HR connected systems.
- Will own the applications used by our Human Resources department, including HRIS, Time Clocks, Workforce Management, and process automation.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS development experience
- Preference given to candidates with experience and consuming REST API’s
- Experience building, maintaining, and integrating enterprise software
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages, including Java.
- Proven track record in implementing process automation using various tools.
