LHH is actively seeking a Product Operations Lead for a manufacturing company in the North Chicago area. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment supporting their growing product lines. This is a HYBRID opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Ensure smooth execution from when POs are obtain until product is delivered to the customer
- Work with the team to make adjustments as needed, overcome any roadblocks to meeting customer expectations
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Create departmental reports
- Ensure ERP is up to date and correct
- Additional duties as needed
The ideal candidate profile will have the following qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Big box experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
- ERP experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills
