Are you an experienced Program Manager Tech with a desire to excel? If so, then Talent Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager Tech to work at their company in Redmond, WA.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Lead all ROB across Clients including meeting agendas/scheduling/attendees
- Deliver half-yearly and quarterly planning meetings for Clients.
- Deliver updates to Project Steel for Clients and guide campaign plans and claims for all regions.
- Continue to land & drive devices & co-marketing alignment.
- Begin the program with QC to align on co-marketing and devices.
- Lead agreement development for Client co-marketing and vendor support.
- Coordinate efforts with DPS and Surface
- Participate in xLOB discussions including events, disclosures and ROB
- Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery.
- Interface with clients on technical and business issues.
- Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
- Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
- Organize cross-functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Provide program/project schedules and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience Required:10+ overall years of experience in the field.
- Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain Client, Client, any consumer electronics space experience
- Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of communication, quality of deliverables, and proactivity
- Minimum 5-7 years experience with proficiency in all MS suites; Excel, Word, Powerpoint ect.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience with PowerPoint
- Minimum 5-7 years experience with Project manager experience, cross-team collaboration, self-management, and Partner-facing – strong communication skills
