Job Title: Solution Architect (Python)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Solution Architect with a strong technical background and proven expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the field, with a deep understanding of Python, AWS-EC2 architecture, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also exceptional soft skills, including contextual knowledge, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design & Implementation:
- Design and deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure architectural solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop detailed architecture designs and documentation, including technical specifications and design patterns.
- Lead technical discussions and guide development teams in implementing solutions using Python, Flask, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Ensure adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
- Provide expertise in AWS-EC2 architecture to optimize cloud resources and cost-efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align architectural decisions with business objectives.
- Problem Solving & Innovation:
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the architectural framework.
- Take ownership of architectural solutions from inception through to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Technical Skills:
- Python: Extensive experience in developing and deploying Python applications.
- AWS-EC2 Architecture: In-depth knowledge of AWS services, particularly EC2, for designing and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Flask: Proficiency in using Flask for building web applications and APIs.
- SQL: Strong expertise in SQL for designing and managing databases.
- JavaScript: Experience with JavaScript for front-end development and integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in solution architecture and software development.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and architectural leadership.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
