We have an immediate opportunity available for a System Engineer to support VMWARE, MS Windows 2019 and 2022, VMWare Storage and backups. REQUIRED:
- Bachelor (4-year) degree with a technical major such as engineering or computer science(or equivalent education and applicable work experience). In lieu of degree, +2 years of professional experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience working with virtualization technology and provisioning/de-provisioning underlying storage.
- Advanced experience with VMWare Storage systems
- Advanced experience with Backup Technologies like Veeam.
- Strong skills in communication, both written and verbal
- Strong skills troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed (For change control(s) and or on an occasional emergency).
