Position : Healthcare Business Analyst
Location : Boston, MA

Job Description:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the overall architecture of the platform.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the integration of various software applications and data silos to create a
unified platform.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including solution design,
implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to
enhance the platform.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a
related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a global platform
development project.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry (preferred).
