Location: Remote EST time zone, in Buffalo every 3rd week
Requirements/Description:
- Individual with leadership skills to Manage the Finance Master Data Governance process, efforts to include:
- Scheduling and coordination of Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Meetings with Governing Groups.
- Work with OCM to improve Governance communications to stakeholders.
- Track and maintain meeting attendance, recordings, and minutes on Governance Teams site.
- Maintain Governance documents with policies, guidelines, group members, roles and responsibilities, workflow, and decisioning levels on Governance Teams site.
- Ensure decisions align with the Finance Adjustment policies and guidelines established by Management.
- Manage the process from inception to decisioning to system change implementations.
- Maintain the SharePoint Finance Adjustment site
- Triage new Finance Adjustment Requests
- Manage access, workflow, and work with requesters to make sure Finance Adjustment requests are complete.
- Update site with outcomes from Governance meetings, notes, and status changes based on decisioning.
- Work with the ServiceNow Team to implement a new intake form (consolidation of 8 existing forms). Establish a change request repository with an audit trail and workflow, based on requirements gathered from Finance Working Group members.
- Migrate from current intake form and SharePoint site to a new ServiceNow solution.
