Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess modifications and engineering changes to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect OT systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic for security events and incidents.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate cybersecurity best practices into OT systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for OT environments.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in operational technology (OT) and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of OT systems and protocols.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001.
- Familiarity with network security tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP are a plus.
