Location: Katy, TX
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on and visual inspections on products prior to testing (pre-power inspection).
- Ensure all documentation, such as assembly and QC check sheets, are complete and accurate (signed, dated, current revision).
- Focus on tasks while performing inspections to confirm the quality and workmanship of in-process and finished goods.
- Report detailed and accurate discrepancies on non-conforming products (NCP).
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Maintain 5S standards implemented by the company.
- Follow all safety precautions as outlined in the company's safety standards.
- Display a professional, respectful attitude as a company Quality Team Member.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and wiring schematics.
- Proficiency in using digital multimeters, tape measures (preferably metric), and basic hand tools.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and bend as required.
