The QTI Group has partnered with a growing manufacturer in Mineral Point to hire their next Engineering Technician. This role will provide crucial support to the Engineering team, assisting with all prototyping and testing and the Engineering Technician will be responsible for managing data in the company’s ERP system. The Engineering Technician will also provide design support to the engineering department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation related to engineering designs
- Operate in ERP and MRP system to update materials, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build and test solutions to technical issues
- Assist in the prototyping and testing process
Qualifications:
- Experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Design knowledge/experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
