We have an immediate requirement for a SeniorJava Backend Developer with one of our clients in Bay area, CA.
The position is long term contract and Hybrid (3-4 days a week onsite in Pleasanton CA).
- Plans, designs, develops, codes and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products.
- Revises and refines systems as required. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of business systems.
- Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any) or related field and 5 years of experience building scalable e-commerce applications.
Top 3 Skills required: Java, PowerBI, Azure Databricks.
Skills required:
Experience programming in Java / JEE.
Experience with Spring framework, Hibernate or any ORM framework.
Experience with Design patterns.
Experience with PowerBI and Azure Data Bricks.
Experience with the following: Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Web Services (REST), JPA, JMS.
Experience with Kafka and NoSQL databases.
Experience in design & development of multi-tier system.
Experience in CI/CD, DevOps
Knowledge of cloud technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, and Azure is a plus.
