Job Title: Lead Datacenter Technician
Location: Memphis, TN (100% onsite)
Duration: 40 days – Night shifts – 7 days a week
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of data center cabling infrastructure.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely progress and completion of the project.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members, including deputies and installers.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure installations meet NVIS and market standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materials.
