Job Description
Environmental Technologies group is seeking temporary professional services of a Regulatory Data Analyst to help manage current product and regulatory compliance data and documentation by product, considering current and future key global regulatory requirements. The Regulatory Data Analyst will collaborate closely with regulatory and data analyst personnel to coordinate and integrate data and create key data visualization outputs.
Key Requirements
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and Bills of Material (BOM), ideally for complex products like electronics
- Knowledge on global regulations for chemicals such as VOC and PFAS, experience in managing product compliance data collection preferred
- Minimum 2 years project management experience in data analysis project operations with familiarity of project management principles and tools
- Experience with Javascript and Python preferred
- Proficient with managing, analyzing, and synthesizing large datasets
- Experience in the electronics industry preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Advanced MS Excel skills required, experience with Tableau or other reporting and/or visualization tools preferred

Believes that major improvements in environmental performance will be delivered through product design innovations. The analyst will be supporting environmental efforts for products by helping manage current product and regulatory compliance data and documentation by product, considering current and future key global regulatory requirements. The analyst will also support with data collection, verification and preliminary review of compliance documentation. Lastly, the analyst will utilize program management skills to track and operate multiple data projects across coinciding timelines.
Education and Experience
- BS degree in Sciences/Engineering/ Information Technology or a related field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
