This position supports all change related activities concerning the billing platform, including but not limited to change processes, standards, and methods and procedures. This position interacts with our client's personnel, billing vendors, and other external contacts. This position is hybrid in St. Louis MO.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Apply knowledge of the billing platform and products.
* Utilize knowledge of our client's services and products.
* Work closely with internal and external teams to create, update, and process change tickets through the billing operations change life cycle.
* Participate in the creation, implementation, and execution of processes, standards and M&Ps.
* Work closely with internal and external teams to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities for metrics, processes, standards, and M&Ps.
* Prepare and update documentation relating processes, standards, and M&Ps.
* Research and respond to internal customer requests.
* Perform research and respond to inquiries from all areas of the organization.
* Participate in billing system change/release/upgrade activities.
* Perform other duties as requested or assigned by management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
* 1-3 years of billing system platform experience
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work within SQL
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities.
* Demonstrable research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work within a fast paced, high change environment to meet timelines.
* An approach to teamwork that fosters communications and collaboration.
