With over 10 offices across the U.S. and an annual revenue of $750M+, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic ground-up commercial construction Project Manager to join our Phoenix team.
Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex construction projects, from initial planning through to successful completion. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of construction, managing teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ground-up commercial construction projects with budgets of $25 million and above.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost management.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in ground-up projects of $25 million or more.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Construction experience in Healthcare, Higher-Ed, Office, Tilt Wall, K12, Light Industrial or Retail is a plus.
