Collaborate with the program director and counselors to determine continuum of care for program program participants.
Participate in individual and group supervision, as well as case conferences to mold participants treatment.
Review curricula and other program materials for clinical appropriateness, aw well as approve the acquisition of all new curricula and other programming materials.
Directly conduct the assessment for new participants in all modalities of treatment to make the appropriate level of care placement.
Develop treatment plans and modify these as needed to support participants progress in treatment.
Assesses, evaluates, and develops methods to use and enhance strengths and to isolate and minimize weaknesses of participants.
Acts as the program's liaison with families and offers recommendations for program development and improvement.
Provide crisis intervention services on an as need basis to participants.
Provides ongoing client assessment to identify changing needs pertaining to the individual and family treatment and development strategy.
Attends meetings called by program director and participates in discussions concerning the revision, improvement, and expansion of existing programs.
Participates in quality assurance, quality improvement, and utilization review activities and makes recommendations to the program director and/or counselors for plans of corrections.
Maintain confidentiality of participant PHI at all times.
Be willing and available to provide support to clients.
Be a positive example for the residents and the community.
Work as a team with other program staff concerning client care and needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour
