The Expertise You Have
- 6-8 years' experience in Java programming language and must have experience with Java 8 and above versions. Experience with using Java 8 features like lambdas, streams and functional interfaces.
- Experience with implementing commonly used J2EE/GoF design patterns and implementing multithreading.
- Design & Develop REST APIs or Microservices using Spring Boot along with standard authentication and authorization mechanisms like OAuth, JWT etc.
- Experience with implementing standard logging frameworks e.g. Log4J, Logback and querying the logs using products like Splunk/Datadog.
- Experience in writing unit tests for code using Junit frameworks like Mockito/Powermock.
- Experience with Git source control tool.
- Experience with Cloud technologies preferably Azure/AWS and must have experience in developing applications using docker/container and deploying applications in Apache Tomcat Kubernetes Cluster.
- Experience with Maven build tool and CI/CD using Jenkins pipeline.
- Basic Experience with writing SQLs and relational database technologies such as Oracle, Sybase.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodology/Jira.
