- Dynamics CRM Business Process consultant with minimum 15+ years of experience in defining and implementing business processes for large enterprise programs.
- Business functional expertise in CRM, including conducting workshops, designing future-state processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes.
- Helps customers define processes and be an advisor to customers and other consultants.
- Advises customers on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture.
- Sales/business SME that knows CRM and how to best configure to sell; in this case cloud services and products which could encompass the below:
- Assess and recommend tweaking a customer’s sales process to align to best practices which will inform and drive CRM feature implementation.
