Requirements
10+ years of proven delivery and implementation experience of Oracle ERP (EBS and Fusion) with Oracle Financials R12 upgradation/ Implementation experience.
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability of successfully managing entire projects or phases of projects across the delivery Lifecycle (design, build, test and transition) along with effective management of associated budgets
Ability to identify and understand Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies
Proven experience of working with clients and offshore delivery center's and remote teams
Strong organizational skills managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience of line managing resources and project managing a team of resources
Mastery of managing complex deliveries coordinating with more than one supplier with multiple dependencies and work plans
Cloud/ industry certifications and credentials
Strong Technical and Emotional Quotient
