EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR
CoWorx Staffing Services is currently hiring a talented Executive Coordinator to partner with our high-profile client organization located in Marietta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professionalism and exceptional high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and professional for an international organization within their regional headquarters.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-5
Job Duties include:
- Manage highly complex calendar with ability to anticipate changes
- Plan, prioritize and organize high volume of daily activities for Executive Vice Presidents, effectively managing the executive’s time
- Skilled at planning, prioritizing and organizing heavy volume of executive level activities
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements with comprehensive itinerary and supporting information
- Build and foster a sense of team with direct reports and manage communications
- Interface and act as liaison with internal clients on executive’s behalf
- Plan and execute logistics for meetings, events
- Preparing presentation materials for clients
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies for large office

Duties may be expanded to include:
• Create and maintain complex and/or highly confidential materials including Executive Committee materials, PowerPoint presentations, department financial data, analyses, monthly/quarterly performance reports, contacts, etc.
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail, expense reporting, etc.
• Maintain executives' appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Conserve executives' time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications, as appropriate.
• Prioritize requests using knowledge of the business to meet deadlines, customer needs, etc.
• Manage projects including Operations conference, off-site meetings, quarterly business reviews with vendors, etc.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, agenda and itinerary distribution. Reconcile charges and prepare expense reports for executives and authorize payment of invoices.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Superior proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Must have solid working knowledge of office equipment, including copier, binder, fax, and scanner.
• Must be able to successfully pass all applicable background screening tests.
• Excellent computer typing skills with a minimum of 70+ wpm.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
