JOB SUMMARY
The IT Manager position is within Prolink’s Information Technology department and partners with key stakeholders to coordinate, plan, and manage computer-related activities, including IT infrastructures and desktop support. This role has oversight of a small team of IT professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
• Oversee cloud infrastructure and security
• Lead management of and make recommendations to enhance the IT infrastructures and desktop support
• Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels
• Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
• Support Strike equipment deployments and logistics
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
• Manage and report on allocation of IT budget
• Run regular checks on network and data security
• Lead and manage the strategic direction, onboarding, performance management, and career development of all IT infrastructure and support team members by consistently providing relevant information, feedback, and guidance
• Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Onsite full-time in Cincinnati
• Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
• 7+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint, Teams, and Skype
• Experience in the installation and support of hardware and software
• Experience with computer operations, hardware or desktop support
• Experience with SDWAN and modern cloud infrastructure and technologies
• Strong understanding of Networking (VLAN, NAT, DHCP, DNS, etc.), Microsoft Azure, Cisco Meraki, Zoom, Teams, and cloud-based telephony
• Excellent interpersonal, professionalism, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet right deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
• High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink's values
