Must Have
Technical/Functional Skills - · Experience Solution Architect in Salesforce Solution. · Integration Experience and architecture with MuleSoft, AWS and Salesforce systems. · AWS architecture, designing distributed systems, familiarity with cloud computing, and knowledge of identity and access management. · Experience with MuleSoft architecture and integration with other systems · Experience setting up DevOps maintaining data pipelines and/or analytical or reporting systems at scale.
Roles & Responsibilities - · Architect for Customer Care Solutions using Salesforce · Integrate various Salesforce and Agent Desktop Solution · Validates the ability to design, deploy, and evaluate applications on AWS within diverse, complex requirements.
· Responsible for creating and maintaining the software that drives a company’s customer relationship management system including designing reports and dashboards. · Excellent Communication skill to connect different stakeholders to understand and communicate back requirements. · Salesforce Platform Development · Apex Programming and Visualforce Pages · Lightning Web Components and Aura Components · Salesforce Data Modeling and Management · System Integration and API Development · Enterprise Architecture Frameworks · Identity and Access Management · Performance and Scalability Optimization · DevOps Practices and CI/CD for Salesforce · Advanced Salesforce Configuration and Customization · Create the high-level design of integration solutions and guide implementation teams on the choice of Mule components and patterns to use in the detailed design and implementation. · Select the deployment approach and configuration of Anypoint Platform with any of the available deployment options (MuleSoft-hosted or customer-hosted control plane and runtime plane). · Design Mule applications for any of the available deployment options of the Anypoint Platform runtime plane. · Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (project preparation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support) to ensure solution quality. · Advise technical teams on performance, scalability, reliability, monitoring, and other operational concerns of integration solutions on Anypoint Platform. · Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate application programming interface (API) and integration projects. · Responsibility and ownership of the entire Solution Architecture end to end.
