Brief Overview:
Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a rapidly growing DTC Subscription brand who are looking for a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading key strategic growth initiatives and execute personalized cross-channel campaigns, growth loop programs, referral initiatives, and nurturing objectives to drive product-led and content-led growth. The ideal candidate has a relentless focus on the customer and actively contributes to a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, learning, and iteration.

Growth Manager - Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic growth initiatives, executing personalized cross-channel campaigns, growth loop programs, referral initiatives, and nurturing objectives to drive product-led and content-led growth.
- Collaborate with the Product team to pinpoint growth opportunities and facilitate product optimizations.
- Establish measures of success, key metrics, and objectives for experiments, overseeing the reporting and performance of initiatives to enable optimization.
- Drive innovation by experimenting with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives continuously.
- Implement growth and optimization best practices, including A/B testing, and collaborate with the data team to conduct experiments, evaluate results, and enhance the conversion funnel.
- Partner with Product and User Experience teams to analyze funnel performance, identify customer pain points, generate insights, and ideate solutions to optimize the user journey.
- Develop audience segmentation and personalized growth narratives to identify stages in the product funnel.
Growth Manager - Requirements:
- Experience designing and implementing complex A/B testing to evaluate and optimize marketing strategies, user experiences, and product features.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics OR Software business.
- Expertise in in content & product led growth marketing.
- Experience being part of a business $80M - $100M+ revenue.
- Experience in a high growth/ start up business.
