Required Skills and Experience *
High School Diploma or GED
Entry level experience with PC support, including installation/deployment and hardware troubleshooting
Well-versed in installing windows, software, applications. Minimum entry level experience with direct client interaction.
Basic understanding of profile management and data transfer.
Basic Desktop and Networking support knowledge
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).

Job Description *
Insight Global is looking for a candidate that will support one of our large healthcare clients. This candidate will support a robust Microsoft based network running Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, etc. Under the guidance of IT leaders, some duties may include: receiving computing assets, moving equipment within and/or between facilities, staging equipment for build/image activity, interviewing clients as part of pre-deployment asset discovery, executing against the deployment plan, executing equipment replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect work performed, and reporting daily activity. This candidate will also be responsibilities for installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, troubleshooting, perform data transfer and recovery, resolve basic network communication problems independently, and various administrative duties.
