Required Skills:
-7 years' experience within Controls & Automation Engineering; preferable within
Food/Beverage, Consumer Goods, etc.
-Must have experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix); advanced ladder logic programming
-Strong HMI Development; Wonderware (Aveva) Archestra strongly preferred
-Solid grasp of Object Oriented Programming principles
-C# (Microsoft Visual Studio)
-AVEVA/Wonderware MES platform experience or similar MES
-SQL experience (MS SQL Server or another SQL database)
-SSRS, SSIS and Excel required
-Ethernet/IP communication within a Plant Control system
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team, strong problem-solver, adaptable
-Able to travel up to 25%

Education:
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics
Responsibilities:
Will work closely with the controls and automation team and focus on BI development, reporting on controls systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and Power BI. Will work on controls and automation projects to support the installation of new MES functionality and upgrade of existing MES functionality at all company facilities. Will research services, perform application development, documentation, training, troubleshooting and support related to include AVEVA Archestra control system including graphics, objects, scripts and MES applications as needed to provide MES functionality and information for operations. Will be tasked with modifying/creating C# applications, MES modules, Work Tasks BPM software, LIMS, AVEVA's BI Gateway (consolidating and aggregating data from different sources), Rockwell PLCs as needed to provide needed MES data, Power BI (data modeling, reports, dashboards for key insights and metrics), migrating SSRS and Tableau reports to Power BI, SQL queries, SSRS, and creating DAX calculations to support data analysis.
