- Job Overview: Work on diverse projects for federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private developers and other clients.
- Lead contract negotiations, draft complex agreements, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Oversee project quality assurance, schedules, billing, and resolve client and subcontractor disputes.
- Identify new business opportunities, participate in client presentations, and promote firm’s services.
- Supervise project teams, provide mentorship, and conduct project management training.
- Maintain strong client and regulatory agency relationships; serve as expert witness when needed.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software; land development experience preferred.
- Requirements: B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with 10-20 years of experience, including at least 4 years as a project manager.
- Strong financial management, team leadership, and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Austin Metro-area development and additional software knowledge is a plus.
