Position Overview
This client is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage projects within the water and wastewater sector. This role involves overseeing both small to medium multi-discipline projects as well as large single-discipline initiatives. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Key Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the water and wastewater sector.
- Project Management: At least 2 years of experience.
- Expertise: Proficiency in planning and design related to water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, pipelines, conveyance, or distribution.
- Skills:
- Ability to work effectively with design teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of project management for small to medium multi-discipline or large single-discipline water and wastewater projects.
- Direct and support junior staff in project planning and design.
- Utilize your experience in water/wastewater treatment to guide project decisions.
- Manage the coordination and workload of professional staff throughout project development.
- Build and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing, contractual, and design meetings.
- Engage in compliance reviews and permitting with regulatory agencies.
- Conduct design development sessions and manage contract documentation with team members.
- Ensure project documentation is completed on time and within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with Business/Accounting Managers and Department Managers for project reviews and organizational updates.
- Perform additional duties as required.
