Job Overview:
You will be instrumental in shaping the digital future of their workplace. This senior-level role within the IT Leadership team involves close collaboration with business unit leaders to identify and prioritize key initiatives. You will ensure these initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes in business process efficiency and technology alignment. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, collaborator, and change agent with deep expertise in business processes and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize business workflows, aligning them with technology.
- Lead digital transformation efforts, document value streams, and drive business change management.
- Streamline enterprise-wide business processes and collaborate with solutions architects to implement aligned technologies.
- Design, build, and manage an Enterprise Architecture program that functions as an internal consultancy, advancing business goals.
- Promote business process improvement, enhancing flexibility, adaptability, and evolution across the enterprise.
- Analyze business and operating models, market trends, and the technology landscape to assess their impact on the company's strategy and architecture.
- Evaluate organizational readiness for change and innovation through scenario planning and support business strategy formulation.
- Translate business strategy into actionable plans, developing and guiding the implementation roadmap for enterprise architecture.
- Engage and build relationships with business and IT stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of Enterprise Architecture.
- Support enterprise business initiatives with a security-first approach, ensuring alignment with security standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills with various leadership levels, focusing on change management and business impact.
- Adhere to established procedures, policies, and guidelines, documenting processes using ITIL and ISO-compliant formats.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance at the Secret level.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture leadership at the Director level.
- 10+ years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution, or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management, or operations in a multi-tier environment.
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
- Understanding of business models, operating models, financial models, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
- Specialized knowledge in security programs supporting NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC.
- Demonstrated leadership in planning and delivering technology projects/services in a Fortune 500 environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Process Design and Operations.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SSCP, OSCP, etc.
