As the Director of PMO, you'll be responsible for manaing the team of project managers, ensuring that they're hitting their deadlines, delivering high-quality products, and keeping the team motivated and engaged. You'll be the go-to person for all things project management, and you'll be tasked with keeping the team on track and on budget as well as directly supporting our key accounts, new prospects, and projects.
In addition to extensive experience with project management, project management tools, concepts and methodologies, we are seeking candidates with the following:
- 8+ years experience leading a technical implementation team with project and program managers
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
- Ability to develop strategic initiatives and oversee the development of long-term plans and proposals to support business objectives
- Strong or expert level proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence)
- Ability to multi-task and simultaneously manage major projects in multiple stages of delivery including developing and executing meeting timelines, connecting different stakeholders as needed and understanding the larger priorities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in a collaborative cross-functional environment
