Our client, one of the world's largest technology companies, is seeking a Developer II. This is hybrid role local to Seattle, WA or Boston, MA.
Contract Duration: 8-Months
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
- Understanding of the full Software Development lifecycle
- Experience developing products for customer facing end users
- Experience developing full stack applications with React based front ends and Python based backend
- Experience with deploying and writing Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK (preferred choice) or AWS cloud formation
- 3+ Years of programming experience with Java/Python/Typescript.
- 3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.

- Experience leading a software team as a tech lead
- Experience using client Web Services
- Experience developing for Linux
- Experience coaching, and mentoring junior members on a software team
- Experience building scalable front-end infrastructure software or distributed systems for commercial online services
