SUMMARY
As an HVAC Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from start to finish. The project size range is from 1 million to 5 million and up. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with your team to ensure that they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks.
- Manage project risk, identifying potential issues and problem-solving.
- Ensure that projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate with clients, providing progress updates, and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 10 years of demonstrated HVAC Mechanical Project Management experience
