Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented Project Manager to take charge of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role has become available due to the natural growth of the business, offering a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career. While experience in Multi-Family or Senior Living projects is highly desirable, it is not essential; they value strong project management skills across all sectors above all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Experience in Multi-Family or Senior Living construction is advantageous but not required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
