Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Strong experience in program management, with a focus on Contact Center Desktop Applications or similar technology solutions.
Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects successfully.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Technical proficiency in desktop application development and relevant technologies.
Ability to think strategically and conceptually while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong customer focus and analytical thinking skills.
