In this Direct Hire, Audiovisual Field Engineer role you will join a $ 40 million dollar company ranking in the TOP 50 in their industry with over 20 years in business and no signs of slowing down!
As the Field Engineer you will configure and commission commercial audio-visual systems for various clients, fabricated to the point of zero defects, and installed by the operations team ready to deliver to the customer. All systems are fabricated in staging labs in the corporate office located in the Metro Phoenix area. The Field Engineer will configure all devices to the point that the system is functioning as engineering intended.

Location: Hybrid | Can be based in Phoenix AZ OR Boise, ID | Up to 50% Travel for both locations
Salary: $34 - $45 Hourly | Depending On Experience
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent | Bachelors Degree Preferred
· 5+ Years of Field Engineer Experience, in Commercial Audio-Visual Systems required
· Ability to meet necessary deadlines and follow AV9000 process requirements
· Effective interaction between department teams and with customers. This role requires communication between multiple team members to understand the scope of the system operation.
· Problem-solving and basic network troubleshooting skills
· Ability to read AV construction drawings, review for accuracy and redline/comment as necessary
· Experience and proficiency working with the following software tools/products: Biamp, QSC, Crestron, AMX, Extron..
· Highly proficient in Excel, MS Project and MS Office products AND experience with web-based applications
· Read and understand technical documentation (equipment manuals, installation guides, written procedures, and policies, etc.)
· Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be a safe driver (commercial license preferred)
· Must have the ability to obtain a US Passport | International Travel may be required
