Senior Load balancer engineer required to build complex solutions for applications
Expert level on F5 Load balancing LTM GTM
Expert on F5 iRules control traffic flows and manipulate headers
Strong understanding of TCP/IP network communications
Strong communication skills to work with project managers and solution architects on deliverables
Responsibilities include:
- Perform various load balancer changes in accordance with project requirements.
- This includes building new configurations, such as new VIPs, and or WideIP setups
- Modifying existing setups and troubleshooting application traffic issues flowing through load balancers
Main points of contact:
- Project managers
- Peers on his team for design peer review
- Escalations to team lead and manage when necessary No client interaction.
All comms will be directly with IT personnel such as project managers, solutions engineers, app developers, network engineers.
